Job Title: Curriculum Leader Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Leader to join our team at Sidestrand Hall School. As a Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of our students with complex needs. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of our students with complex needs. * Work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and that students make good progress. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvement as needed. * Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with national and local priorities. * Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to curriculum and teaching and learning. Requirements: * A degree in a relevant subject area and a teaching qualification. * Significant experience of leading curriculum development and implementation in a school setting. * Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, students, and external partners. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
