Position: Care Team Leader
Location: Holt, Norfolk
Compensation: £14.50 per hour (nights) plus enhancements and a new company sickness scheme
Employment Type: Part-Time, 33.25 hours per week

Daily Responsibilities:
In this role, you will foster strong relationships with your colleagues and local health and social care professionals. Your natural leadership skills will enable you to motivate and guide your team while collaborating closely with home managers to oversee daily staff operations.
