About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Benjamin Court in Cromer. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also leading and motivating our care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, championing their independence and empowering them to make informed choices.
  • Lead and motivate the care team, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
  • Work closely with the home managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, community health and social care professionals, and residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
  • Passion for supporting others and providing exemplary care.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, while also working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
