UK B2B Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced sales manager to lead our B2B sales efforts across the UK.
This role involves driving sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to expand our services across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing against monthly targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expand our services across the UK market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Native or Bilingual English
- Previous experience in B2B Sales Management
- Experience in B2B in the UK Market
- Effective leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- Hybrid Work: three days working from the office and two days from home.
- Vacations: legally designated days and holidays according to contract location.
- Team building activities in the office + annual company-wide event.
