### Role Overview:
As a Senior CDM Advisor/Principal Designer, you will provide expert CDM/Principal Designer support and advice to multi-disciplinary design teams and clients throughout the design and pre-construction phases of a wide range of projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with the statutory duties outlined in the CDM Regulations 2015.

### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive CDM/Principal Designer support to design teams and clients.
* Ensure all projects comply with CDM Regulations 2015.
* Collaborate with other design disciplines to plan and coordinate health and safety during pre-construction.
* Develop and deliver core CDM documentation, including significant hazard and risk registers, design risk management, and PCI packs.
* Manage all aspects of the Principal Designer role, ensuring best practices are followed.

### Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction qualification, along with a design/construction qualification.
* Membership in IOSH and APS is preferred.
* Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong construction background and deep knowledge of design and construction health and safety.
* Thorough understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and other relevant health and safety regulations.
* Expertise in compiling and reviewing significant hazard and risk registers, design risk management, and PCI packs.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
