Mental Health Specialist Clinician

**Job Description**
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Adult Senior Practitioner to join our Integrated Mental Health Liaison Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supporting junior colleagues, and establishing effective working relationships with acute trust staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients presenting with complex mental health needs.
- Provide education and training to junior colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
- Significant experience in mental health settings.
- Strong clinical leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
