£50,000 - £55,000 + Car and Benefits

Irwin and Colton are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to manage the operational HSEQ team.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with a senior health and safety professional and develop your skills. The role will be primarily office based with occasional travel to sites across the South East.

Responsibilities for the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will include:
  1. Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation.
  2. Visiting sites and engaging with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Health and Safety related enquiries.
  3. Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in Health and Safety performance.
The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:
  1. Experience in a similar role ideally within construction, fit out or refurbishment.
  2. Hold a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent and ideally a member of IOSH.

This role would suit an ambitious health and safety professional looking to further grow and develop their career. A UK Driver's license is essential.
