Job Title: Senior Support Worker (Team Lead)The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading teams, supporting vulnerable children, and promoting positive outcomes in a dynamic residential setting.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Support Worker (Team Lead), you will be responsible for:
- Leading shifts and providing day-to-day support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that fosters growth and development.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular monitoring and evaluation processes.
You will join a strong, supportive team dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of our young people.
Requirements- A valid driving license is required for this role, as you may need to transport young people to school or other activities.
- You must have the desire to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent Children & Younger Peoples workforce qualification.
Please note that requirements for DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.
