About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Wellbeing Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Family Wellbeing Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and families in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care.
  • Work alongside Health Visitors to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
  • Provide leadership and act as a positive role model by supporting colleagues and demonstrating excellent standards of care.
  • Undertake mentorship responsibilities for pre-registration students and provide preceptorship to support new staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Nursing or Midwifery qualification, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a drive to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work use.
