Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Little Havens Inpatient unit. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and manage the needs of patients, ensuring their care is delivered to the highest standard.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.

Person Specification- First-level degree or diploma in Nursing
