About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Energy Advisor to join our team in providing telephone energy advice and solutions for community programmes aimed at ending fuel poverty across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise residents on effective energy use via telephone, considering their individual circumstances.
  • Provide solutions to residents' energy challenges and work with internal departments to deliver Agility Eco services.
  • Document engagement with residents and ensure safe handling of customer data.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, using written and oral means.
  • Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns and update CRM software systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience or background in energy efficiency.
  • Recognised qualifications such as DEA or other energy efficiency qualifications.
  • Current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions.
  • Confidence in advising residents on energy use via phone.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically ZOHO.
