Job Title: Home Energy Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Home Energy Advisor to join our team at Agility Eco. As a key member of our community programmes, you will play a vital role in providing telephone energy advice and solutions to vulnerable individuals across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert energy advice to residents via telephone, taking into account their individual circumstances.
  • Use initiative to provide tailored solutions to residents' energy challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Accurately document all resident interactions in line with company processes.
  • Ensure the safe handling of sensitive personal data in accordance with our data protection policy.
  • Effectively communicate with residents and colleagues, using a range of communication methods.
  • Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Update CRM software systems and MS Office applications with precision.
  • Recognize opportunities for conversion to full energy advice calls or home visits.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience or background in energy efficiency.
  • Recognized qualifications such as DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or other energy efficiency certifications.
  • Current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions.
  • Confidence in advising residents on energy use via telephone.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically ZOHO.
