We are currently seeking a highly skilled Communication Skills Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will take a leading role in developing the communication skills of our pupils, while also supporting parents to effectively support their children's communication needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing staff skills and leading a team as a Class Teacher with TLR responsibility for Communication.
  • Delivering high-quality communication lessons and sessions to our students.
  • Supporting parents to effectively support their children's communication skills.


Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (Main scale plus SEN 1, TLR 2 and UPS).
