Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with sensory and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Maintaining a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
  • Experience working with young children with SEND.
  • Strong understanding of child development and sensory needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
