Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop a marketing plan to increase volume and enhance the Paint & Body Centre's reputation for quality and excellence.
  • Establish a competitive price structure for the department, reviewing labour rates, fleet discounts, and parts.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, assets, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure the Paint & Body Centre achieves budget targets by reviewing accounts and daily operating controls.
  • Build relationships with credit accounts, insurance companies, and customers to authorise necessary repairs.
  • Monitor progress in achieving departmental goals in service and profitability.
  • Monitor productivity performance by individual technician.
About You:
  • Proven experience in managing a Bodyshop environment.
  • Strong understanding of bodyshop processes, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally with third-party companies.
