About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Motorama Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through inbound and outbound calls, service bookings, and general enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound and outbound call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, motivation, and energy, with a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues and find effective solutions.
