Business Development Manager

COREcruitment is pleased to partner with one of the leading drinks wholesalers in the UK, renowned for their exceptional reputation, strong market share, and impressive portfolio of products.
We are seeking an experienced Account and Sales Professional to join our team and play a critical role in growing our presence in the on-trade sector.
This exciting opportunity will see you managing key accounts, developing relationships with pubs, bars, and restaurants, and driving business growth through sales volumes and new business acquisition.
As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plus car allowance and bonus, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and company car.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Managing the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Key qualifications include proven experience in sales or account management within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a full UK driving license.
