Estimator and Business Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced Estimator and Business Development Manager to join our team in Old Sarum, Salisbury. As an Internal Sales Estimator, you'll be responsible for estimating sales and pricing for our products and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. In this role, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to estimate sales and pricing for our products, ensuring that we offer competitive prices while maintaining our profitability. You'll also be involved in business development activities, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate sales and pricing for our products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales estimator or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic salary £26,000 (dependent on experience) & Bonus and other company benefits.
