Bodyshop Prepper

Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking a skilled Automotive Bodyshop Prepper for a busy Bodyshop in Salisbury. We are looking for experienced preppers from all kinds of backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities of the Bodyshop Prepper:

- Masking and Taping: Skilfully mask and tape areas that should not be painted to protect them from overspray.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of prepared surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the painting team to ensure seamless coordination in the preparation and painting processes.
- Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements of the Bodyshop Prepper:

- Proven experience as a Car Prepper or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to use relevant tools and equipment for preparation tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
