About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to join our Amazon TA team. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts Services (SAS) program, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation for our Selling Partners across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 12-15 Sellers within Fashion, Grocery, and other categories to drive sustainable revenue growth, leveraging a deep understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
  • Recruit and engage with prospective Selling Partners for SAS, identifying and qualifying candidates based on a clear understanding of our Sellers' needs and goals.
  • Analyze customer data to optimize listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, brand, and deals, providing strategic recommendations to maximize Sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of Sellers in your portfolio, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover new areas of opportunity.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews to clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
  • Manage additional projects around our newly launched Paid Services, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
  • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience working with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce), and other systems.
  • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment, chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary.
