Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Events and Conferences Executive to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour. As an integral part of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all events and conferences run smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to increase event bookings and revenue
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event proposals, contracts, and invoices to deliver first-class customer service
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the event planning process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in events management, preferably within a hotel or conference setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
