Job Summary:

Castille is seeking a skilled Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our UK Channel Partner Program. As a Channel Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mid-market IT consultancies, system integrators, digital agencies, and VADs/VARs in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to build a strong channel partner ecosystem for Castille in the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify, sign on, and activate existing channel partner relationships on our platform.
  • Nurture activated accounts with high-level account management to drive long-term growth.

Objectives and KPIs:

  • Help build a robust channel partner ecosystem for Castille's Vetted network of specialist talent.
  • Meet the following KPIs:

A) Fix workshops with a minimum of 4 qualified leads per month.

B) Secure at least one activation per month from month 2.

Terms:

  • Attractive consultancy fee structure.
  • This is a B2B Service agreement.
