About the Job

The Accounts Payable Coordinator I is responsible for processing invoices for selected properties, ensuring data quality, integrity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

This role involves working closely with community management, facilities management, residents, and other staff members to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verifying data quality and ensuring consistency across systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, or math is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts payable setting or office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
