Business Process Improvement Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team at Clarion Events. In this role, you will drive business change and deliver high-impact results that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive change strategy that drives business adoption and delivers exceptional customer outcomes. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective change management plans across all digital portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective change management plans to drive business adoption and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to articulate and map benefits, track progress, and report on status.
- Conduct change impact assessments and design targeted change management strategies to drive adoption and usage.
- Stay close to business teams to understand their needs, translate them into actionable projects, and drive towards the desired outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of excellent benefits, including 25 days' holiday, end-of-year wellbeing shutdown, and private medical insurance.
