Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advertising Agency Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial recruitment solutions team, you will be responsible for representing our trusted market-leading sites and working closely with advertising agencies to deliver effective recruitment solutions for their blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their recruitment goals.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with agencies to develop tailored recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agency personnel at all levels, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a comparable role within the advertising or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the advertising agency landscape and ability to communicate effectively with agency personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving and solution development skills.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
