We are seeking an experienced Reception and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of the support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional welcome for clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare meeting rooms, equipment, and materials for presentations and events.
- Maintain accurate records, including client files and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for clients and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional administration and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in an office environment.
