Job OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical skills on various technologies and work alongside the Engineering Manager for guidance and mentorship.
The successful candidate will have the chance to learn new skills, attend relevant courses, and gain experience in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical skills under the supervision of the Engineering Manager.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Shadow experienced engineers to broaden understanding of engineering processes.
- Contribute to projects as a Trainee Engineer and Technician.
- A-level or college qualifications in a science-related field are desirable.
- The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and self-improve is essential.
- Long-term career focus and proactive attitude are necessary.
