About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Together. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

As the Social Media Manager, your primary focus will be on planning, creating, and implementing social media campaigns that align with our clients' brand objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their goals and develop effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor activity, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media with other marketing efforts.
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos that showcase our clients' products, services, and brand stories.
  • Feature in videos and present to the camera when necessary, bringing a personal touch to the content.
  • Utilize video editing software to enhance video content and ensure it meets professional standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media, preferably within agencies or FMCG and Food and Beverage industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro).
  • Exceptional creative and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to feature confidently and naturally in video content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
