Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our club's overall content strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across all major social platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing director to develop and implement comprehensive publishing strategies.
  • Lead the development of content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans to ensure consistent and engaging content across social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Monitor fan feedback and comments on social media channels to proactively address inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to lead the development of content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, including the marketing director and communications team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
