We are seeking a Construction Quality Manager professional to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Quality Manager with experience in residential new build projects. They will be responsible for carrying out construction quality management services on a range of projects, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients regarding construction quality.
  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of quality management services on all projects.
  • Prepare and submit reports following site inspections.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential new build sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying defects and snags during construction.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
