As a key member of our HR team, you will provide operational support to our business units, working closely with our operational management team to deliver HR processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational managers, providing proactive support and guidance on HR matters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored HR solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the development of operational managers, addressing skills gaps and enabling mentoring opportunities.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives, working with the operational management team to implement succession plans and promote positive change.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
  • Ability to travel to regional sites when required.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
