HR Operations Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Partner to join our HR team, providing support to the operational management team across their designated business unit.

As a key member of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to build upon your ER and wider HR experience, progress your career, and gain extensive experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Operational Managers, providing proactive support for HR processes.
  • Develop strong business relationships with internal clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters, including legislation, policies, and processes.
  • Support Operational Managers in addressing skills gaps, enabling mentoring opportunities, and driving performance improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of succession plans, promoting positive changes throughout the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the private sector, with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
  • Generalist and/or operational HR experience gained in a fast-moving, commercial organization.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to travel to regional sites when required.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
