Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate care assistant to join our team in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will have experience in care, preferably in domiciliary care, and be able to work flexibly across our service area.

Duties will include providing personal care and support to service users, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence.

Requirements also include good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records.
