Job Summary

This role involves working closely with teachers to ensure students receive the best possible support. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding students through their lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and providing individualized support to those who need it.

About the Role

  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
  • Location: Various locations across Australia
  • Job Type: Full-time, contract position
  • Work Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Support students with special needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of curriculum and assessment practices
