About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates and Facilities professional to join our team as an Interim Estates Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and a strong record of demonstrable achievement at management level in an organisation of comparable size in the delivery of Estates and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the future direction and success of the business area through the delivery of Estates and Facilities services as a member of the assets leadership team.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of all grounds maintenance and estates services for the organisation's stock, this will be done via your own internal team of maintenance staff, supervisors and also through managing external specialist contractors.
  • Line management responsibility for 3 members of staff.
