As a Healthy Communities Instructor, you will be responsible for setting up and managing sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Healthy Communities projects/programmes that address health inequalities and promote community well-being.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify community needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Deliver high-quality training and education sessions to community members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate project/programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline, such as gym instruction or health education.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and monitoring community-based programs.
- Passion for improving community health and well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
