The ideal candidate will be passionate about swimming and teaching, with excellent class programming and instructing skills. You will work with customers in groups and one-to-one to motivate and instruct them during lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
• Work with customers in groups and one-to-one to motivate and instruct them during lessons.
• Develop and implement lesson plans to support students in achieving their goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
