Job Title: Senior MEP Contracts Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Contracts Manager to join our team at Michael Taylor Search & Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering MEP projects from £3m to £10m in value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Involvement in estimating and tender review
* Upfront engineering and design management
* Programming of works using MS Project or Asta Project
* Development of teams and staff
* Value engineering and client relationship management
* Overall lead on projects

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a contracts/operations manager
* Strong technical and commercial skills
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
