Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Lead

Join National Skills Agency as an Apprenticeship Performance Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, setting monthly KPIs to ensure timely completion of all programme elements, including functional skills and additional learning support.
  2. Recruit, manage, and support a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, ensuring they follow funding guidelines and up-to-date inspectorate requirements.
  3. Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning in the field, monitoring delivery of functional skills and programme performance against key performance indicators.
  4. Develop and implement corrective methods to address underperformance and support business growth by working closely with the sales department.
  5. Collaborate with other Performance Managers, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Administration Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the learner experience.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of driving quality learning, achieving learner start and completion targets, and working within a similar Operations/Performance Manager role.
  2. Excellent knowledge and experience of Apprenticeships and funding streams, with solid occupational experience within an educational/training environment.
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with e-portfolios and software platforms.
  4. Confident and professional, with the ability to develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
