Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Lead

Join National Skills Agency as an Apprenticeship Performance Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, setting monthly KPIs to ensure timely completion of all programme elements, including functional skills and additional learning support.
  2. Responsible for the recruitment, management, and support of Apprenticeship Tutors, ensuring they meet funding, regulatory, and inspectorate requirements.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve programme performance, addressing underperformance and implementing corrective methods.
  4. Work closely with the Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Administration Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the learner experience.
  5. Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning in the field, monitoring the delivery of functional skills and claiming activities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of driving quality learning, achieving learner start and completion targets.
  2. Excellent knowledge and experience of Apprenticeships and funding streams.
  3. Proven experience of working within a similar Operations/Performance Manager role, managing a team of Assessors delivering on the New Standards.
  4. Hold solid, occupational experience within an educational/training environment in either early years or teaching.
