Apprenticeship Performance Lead

Join National Skills Agency as an Apprenticeship Performance Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Apprenticeship Tutors, setting monthly KPIs to ensure timely completion of all programme elements, including functional skills and additional learning support.
- Direct responsibility for recruitment, management, and support of Apprenticeship Tutors, ensuring they follow funding guidelines and up-to-date inspectorate requirements.
- Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning in the field, monitoring delivery of functional skills and programme performance against key performance indicators.
- Support business growth by working closely with the sales department to maximise new business sales and learner recruitment.
- Collaborate with other Performance Managers, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Administration Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the learner experience.
- Proven experience of driving quality learning, achieving learner start and completion targets, and working within a similar Operations/Performance Manager role.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Apprenticeships and funding streams, with solid occupational experience in an educational/training environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with e-portfolios and software platforms.
- Confident and professional, with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and adhere to Ofsted requirements.
- 28 days holiday, with an extra day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days, plus bank holidays.
