Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at ARC Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial experience, with a focus on account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key injectable suppliers
  • Work closely with the COO to build, negotiate, and agree annual terms of agreements
  • Contribute to quarterly reviews and provide market intel to senior stakeholders
  • Develop promotional plans, including negotiating funding for promotional support
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and education

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years commercial experience working with suppliers
  • Ability to understand data and present it to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in negotiation and influencing across multiple levels and functions
  • Commercially astute with knowledge of P&L when making decisions
  • Project Management experience desired
