Property Administrator

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator at The Engage Partnership Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' commercial and residential properties. This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative and operational support to our Facilities Management team.
We are looking for a highly organised and multitasking individual who can prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day repairs and maintenance requests, monitoring repair requests, scheduling contractors, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have at least 12 months of experience in facilities management or a related field, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track day-to-day operations, including maintenance requests and orders, client relations, and other administrative tasks
- Monitor helpdesk emails and telephone calls for maintenance requests
- Coordinate the inspection and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Review test certificates and risk assessments to identify follow-up remedial works required
- Maintain and update databases and records related to facilities management
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third-party service providers
- Monitor contracts, leases, and agreements related to the Facilities Management department
- Answering telephone enquiries and processing as appropriate
- Provide regular reports, feedback, and communication with clients
Salary: £28,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits
