Property Portfolio Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Residential Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps in Bristol. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all properties are maintained in accordance with our high standards.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Property Inspections: Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing detailed feedback to landlords on the condition of their properties.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties within the portfolio meet legal compliance standards, including Right to Rent checks.
- Tenancy Management: Coordinate tenancy renewals and rent recovery policies, handling all administrative tasks related to tenancies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Good IT literacy, with experience using various software applications to manage property portfolios.
- Clear and articulate communication, with the ability to present information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive a pool car if provided is required.
