Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models using Excel and Erlang methodologies.
  • Lead the forecasting process, providing detailed analysis of customer drivers, seasonality, and contact patterns.

  • Support the development of the budgeting process and future demand planning cycle.
