Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Clinica Family Health and Wellness. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will develop treatment plans and provide direct therapy services to individuals or families, promoting overall well-being and quality of life.

As a member of our clinical team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support for our diverse patient population.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as cultural competence and sensitivity. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide high-quality direct therapy services, including crisis intervention and consultation.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in trauma, substance use, and mental health.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, their families, and community resources to promote long-term engagement and success.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed PhD or PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and DSM/ICD Diagnosis Codes.
