Job Description:

As a Residential Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for creating tenant profiles and facilitating communication between residents and contractors. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless execution of planned and major works, while maintaining a positive relationship with residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for communicating with residents regarding planned and major works.
  • Collaborate with contractors and in-house operatives to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents throughout the process, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of works, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of housing management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
