Purpose of the Role

To oversee the company's sales ledger and maximize cash flow by minimizing bad debts, reducing overdue percentages, and ensuring accounts align with group policies and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively manage cash collection procedures to ensure timely payments within set timescales.
  2. Identify potential risks and concerns, escalating them to the Senior AR Controller.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales ledger.
  4. Review credit limits monthly and adhere to our credit insurance policy.
  5. Contribute to process improvements and assist with implementation.
  6. Provide holiday cover and support when required.
  7. Utilize strong administrative and IT skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
