Job Title: Care Home Manager - Autism Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead our care home in West Wales, supporting young people with autism and complex needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing care services and ensuring high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the provision of high-quality care and support to young people with autism and complex needs.
  • Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure they are appropriately trained and supported.
  • Oversee the operation of the care home, ensuring compliance with CIW and County Council requirements.
  • Participate in CIW inspections and assist with compliance issues and actions.
  • Update and maintain company policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Significant operational experience in a care environment working with all levels of staff and management.
  • Relevant qualification to allow for approval as a registered manager with CIW and Social Care Wales.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
  • Experience as either a Home Manager, Service Manager, or RI in adult residential Services.
