Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a clean and tidy store, replenish shelves, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have high levels of customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be adaptable and flexible, able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers alike.
We offer a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, which equates to approximately £19,568 per year based on full-time hours (40 hours per week). In addition to a salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including discounts on M&S products, holiday pay, and pension scheme.
